How do I import my existing contacts?

Navigate to CRM → Import & Export and follow the CSV import wizard to upload your contacts.

Can I integrate with my email provider?

Yes! We support Gmail and Microsoft 365 integrations. Go to Settings → Integrations to connect.

How do I invite team members?

Visit Settings → Organization → Team Members and click "Invite Member" to add new users.

Why does my credit card statement show "Granite Bay Interactive"?

Pipeline Retriever is a product of Granite Bay Interactive LLC. When you subscribe to Pipeline Retriever, your billing statement will show charges from "Granite Bay Interactive" or "GBI" as the merchant of record. This is normal and expected.

Who operates Pipeline Retriever?

Pipeline Retriever is developed and operated by Granite Bay Interactive LLC. You can learn more about us on our About page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can also contact support@pipelineretriever.com for assistance.

Where can I find my invoices?

All invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Billing History. You can view, download, or print any past invoice from there. Invoices will be issued by Granite Bay Interactive LLC.
